Suspended ratings are being reviewed by us and will be published soon. It includes all 11,500 registered care homes in the UK that cater exclusively or primarily for older people.

My mother is well looked after and I have no problem leaving her in the capable hands of the carers. They are really quick to spot any difference in health or behaviour and get the doctor in straight away. Getting older can make it more difficult to get around and do the things you used to do, or would like to do. On occasion, it will be necessary, for the benefit of the resident or others to share information with either other professionals or organisations.
